Non-scale victory of the week!

Wrote out meals for the week and shopping list for what I need.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Drink more water, less soda. Ate actual meals instead of picking around. Threw back out last night, so pain control & movement has not been good.

Exercised 4 out of 5 days so far. Much more than I usually do.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Getting my water in. Was highly lacking this week. Also lacked in protein drinks too.

Get up to a gallon of water in this week. Stay away from anything Dunkin donuts. Get up and moving in the mornings.
