I've been there many times! For me, it's often feeling overwhelmed by the big goal and I find if I break it down into smaller goals or tasks I can keep going. So if losing 4% and $35 isn't motivating (and I get that, I've been there, done that!) I focus on my next meal only and make it a healthy one, then the next meal, and so on. I'm glad you are here and sharing how you feel! We are all in this together!
