I've been doing meal prep - making sure I have fruits and veggies that are just as easy to grab as unhealthy convenience foods. I've been resisting foods that are normally tempting for me - but I don't feel deprived....just determined

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Between asthma and bad knees, I'm largely sedentary. That, and I love food. I'm learning to deal with both of these challenges!
