Non-scale victory of the week!

Over 18000 steps twice this week. Great for a person who was struggling to hit 10000 per day

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Blood sugar lows keep me eating more than w would like to. I need a better plan to control impact of exersize on blouse sugar.
