Doing barre on my vacation. Getting right back on tracking after the big week.

I had NO self control with food this weekend. even when I felt full. I snack and graze a lot more than others do.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have stuck to my barre classes which was ESPECIALLY hard when there was a COUP ON OUR DEMOCRACY. I've tracked everything and have given myself non typical healthy foods that I really have liked (burger....pizza).

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I broke and drank which was a mild bummer. But I pre-tracked it all and was thoughtful about it.

Sleep before 12 on work nights. Try barre with heavier weights. Wear my active watch more.
