Sick kiddos have REALLY thrown off my meal prep game. Hoping to be back at it this coming week. Weight held steady though so I am happy about that. A non-scale victory? I resisted my favorite pizza last night! Oh, I have also taken up salsa dancing so I look forward to adding that into my workouts!
