Non-scale victory of the week!

I drank alcohol on the weekend , ate a sausage roll and missed 3 days of exercise

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Exercise at least 30 mins each day. Have 2 alcoholic drinks instead of 7

Resisting cakes. Consistent biking to work and swimming laps in the evening.
