I realized a couple days ago, I can cross my legs again! I can comfortably sit with my legs crossed for hours now. Honestly cannot remember the last time I could do that.....

Non-scale victory of the week!

My thighs don't chafe when I walk anymore, and officially down at least one pant size! Have a wardrobe full of new pants that don't fit that I've now organized into groups according to waist band size. 41" through 35" Currently, I've successfully transitioned into the 41" pile, and they fit comfortably. When I started this, my waist was 47" and I basically only wore elastic waist and overstretched pants ??

My sleeping is off a bit, not sure why; maybe adjusting timing on caffeine intake and exercise
