Non-scale victory of the week!

Yesterday I stuck to my no sugar rule and started to feel stronger. Still working in the motivation to workout before work.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Start training for my half marathon. Not binge eat/snack

To start cross training. I really need to start incorporating weights and getting my muscle back.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have been meal prepping my foods and eating those for lunches.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Binge eating junk foods. I have been snacking way too much. And I could start working out again

Start actually training for my half marathon and to incorporate more cross training into my routine. 3/5 morning workouts this week

I have been feeling in control and staying distracted and not letting the cravings get the best of me.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

So far, I could be doing my ratios better.. more fats and fewer carbs. I can also cut back on sugar and limit alcohol to one night a week

Stop binges eating on weekends and be very aware of the foods I am consuming. High fat low carb, NO exceptions!
