Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I find keeping a routine with a one year old baby most challenging. However, if I write down my routine, it makes it easier to stay on track, so I’ve started a bullet journal. In it I plan my daily tasks but also track my habits like fasting period, cups of water ingested, carb total, and workouts/week. I’ve also put a weight loss tracker in there along with a rewards system to keep me motivated.
