Actually letting myself take it easy and not pushing my knee when it’s sore. It’s very hard for me to rest when my head is swirling sometimes.

Wow, huge loss this week. I have been working with my doctor, and I think we figured out what has been keeping me sick for so long. My victory this week, is heading on the road to healthfulness!

Always more water.

Keep up with cooking and healthy eating. I need to establish routine before I start with cheat days. Also to start a morning exercise routine, so it's easier to fit it in every day.

I got away with the family, and had some fun with the kids.

More exercise, seeing as how I gained half a pound in the last month. A gain with all the changes I've made is soul crushing.
