Yes stay the course, there's still time left! My weight hasn't moved for a week but I'm continuing. My muscle mass has gone up & my body fat % has gone down so I am making progress. But the scale is not moving :grimacing:. I know my weight will drop, I just hope it's soon. We got this

    I stayed with vegetables as I am trying to reduce my carbs.

    Go to snack was bell peppers.

    Lots of salads - caesar, cobb, wedge and got a healthyish appetizer of korean bbq cauliflower when I went out to eat (pic shown).

Last year I was under a lot of stress when my teenage daughter had my first grand daughter. I put on 25 pounds or so during her pregnancy. I now have 2 trips to the beach scheduled and I want to feel healthier and better about myself! I just completed a diet bet and I need to keep the momentum going!!

I was just coming on to say start with walking. Listen to your body and don't start off going a million mph. Try yoga for body aches. Try small weights (2, 3, 5) for arms on days you feel (or want to feel) like a badass!

Walking is great. Also lots of free workout programs on YouTube! I also just joined Get Healthy U for a year (under $2 for access to lots of video options - just cancel the membership before the year is up and it renews at a higher price). My Achilles are giving me lots of pain, so trying to move from running to at home exercise videos.

Hi Everyone - I'm Abbie. I am getting back in my weight loss / wellness after over eating / not working out to deal with covid. My goal is to drink 100 ounces of water a day and workout at least 4 times a week for 30 minutes. I am trying to eat a more mindful low carb diet so feel free to share any recipes you may have :)
