I don’t know what to do.
I’m honestly not really hungry a lot of the time I eat. At dinner with me kids I don’t want to eat all tht I do but I am
Bored. Then after dinner I love watching a show by myself and eating air popped popcorn and having a tequila shot with crystal lite slushie- again not hungry but the act of chewing and eating is comforting and a habit. It’s not a ton of calories but it’s still some and more importantly, I feel gross and want yo break this habit gum doesn’t do the trick.
Any ideas for breaking the habit? And dealing with dinner and eating when I’m
Not hungry but just bored?

It’s not actually a calorie issue (- I do use lose it) - I still more of trying to break a habit and feel better, but thanks for trying to give me some suggestions! I appreciate it

  • I'm 33% to goal! If all goes to plan, I should be starting IVF meds for embryo transfer the day after this bet ends, so I imagine that will make weight loss more challenging and I'm hoping to lose 7 more pounds by then.
    Cute tax. Jasper likes sitting on things. Including Lunakit. Little weirdo will by 1yo next week.

What is the correct way to calculate how much water to drink. I found one online and with my age weight and height it said 100 oz. A long time ago I was told it’s half your body weight in ounces but that would be a lot of water!! I’m almost at 100oz today and I feel fine with that. Just peeing a lot

The first week you’ll adjust and pee less often. My doctor said drink until pee is very pale.

Monday morning is a week since I last weighed and I'd really like to keep that as I'm trying really hard to still lose this week in between games... I'm also going to weigh first thing in the morning. All of this is going to make it harder for me to reach that 4% but I will be at least being consistent and honest with myself and my weight!

The FAQ says 48 hours so you should be good I believe.
