I’m honestly not really hungry a lot of the time I eat. At dinner with me kids I don’t want to eat all tht I do but I am
Bored. Then after dinner I love watching a show by myself and eating air popped popcorn and having a tequila shot with crystal lite slushie- again not hungry but the act of chewing and eating is comforting and a habit. It’s not a ton of calories but it’s still some and more importantly, I feel gross and want yo break this habit gum doesn’t do the trick.
Any ideas for breaking the habit? And dealing with dinner and eating when I’m
Not hungry but just bored?
