I bought a really cute pair of shorts for my birthday trip to the beach and they are a smaller size!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I was fighting a bad sinus infection and wasn't able to participate in a 5K I had registered for! I'm taking an antibiotic so I'm definitely feeling better.

I was sick most of this week so there weren't many victories other than I feel somewhat better!

I hardly worked out, because I was sick. Not really much I could have done better or differently, I rested most of the time.
