What do you feel you could have done better this week?

One day I over ate on account of late lunch and I got a splitting headache. Need to carry emergency trail mix in bag as well. Else would have lost at least a 200 GM's more

Non-scale victory of the week!

I feel really thinner and my face I can feel the difference. Like they say about practice 1 week no practice I can feel the difference. So here I week more exercise and better diet I can feel a difference. Hope next week my family does too :)
