Today I got thru the day with out blowing my meal plan. Normally I get so mad around 4pm and everything goes to poo but today I held it together.

My favorite purple sweater fits better and my sister even commented on how much thinner I look woo hoo!

I want to add lifting sessions back in to the rotation. And setting my eating schedule back up now that the kids are here I need to make aure I am on track 110%.

Went shopping and only craved healthy items, didn't buy any junk for myself or my hubs.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Better upfront planning. I ate a salmon burger instead of beef and the fat/caloric difference left me starving and I ended up eating hb eggs a couple hours later.
