I've noticed my clothes are fitting better and I ran a 5k today for the first time in years!

Well my life has finally calmed after tests and funerals and volunteerinc commitments so I am really looking forward to gettinf back into a routine with my workouts.

I got up to 2 miles this week without walking!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

While I didnt eat terrible foods, I didnt stay under my calorie goal as much as I would have liked. I'm excited to see what I can accomplish with healthy eating AND exercise now that I have been cleared to go back to normal.

I planned my meals to keep from eating whatever was at work!

Maybe drink more water, I struggle with this because my department is being renovated so i cant keep it close to me at work.
