  • THE GAME HAS STARTED! OMG. I am so pumped and ready for this and I hope everyone else is too! I am going to kick things off by introducing myself for anyone here who doesn’t know me

    My name is Felicia Keathley and I am a 25 year old stay at home mom of 2 boys! 3 years ago I started my weight loss journey at 302 pounds at my absolute rock bottom. I felt like I had tried SO many things to lose weight but would always end up quitting. I was at the point where I wanted to get weight loss surgery but my insurance needed proof of a failed weight loss program. So that’s why I joined WW (weight watchers) basically just expecting to fail. 3 years later here I am! Down 145 pounds naturally with WW and exercise

    I truly believe I was put on this earth to share my story and help others not only lose weight but change their mindset to be able to keep the weight off. So like I say all the time, YES this is a weight loss challenge, I also want you to dig deep and focus on all the other aspects that come along with weight loss. NO MORE all or nothing mentality. NO MORE quitting after one night out. This is forever. And I am here to help.

    Lets kick this off with the first of many giveaways! Comment below what your goals are for this game (you can share your scale goal if your comfortable) but I want to hear those NON SCALE GOALS. I will pick 3 winners to each win $50 PayPal cash!

    Stay tuned for Set Up Sunday where we will set up for the week ahead! The game is starting on a Thursday so its kind of weird timing. But take these next few days to write down some meal ideas, snack ideas, etc. LOTS of which will be posted here. POST AWAY! We all want new ideas!

I am ready for this to kickstart me back to my goal weights 157 is the area I feel most comfortable at chasing after my two young boys! Quarantine has been a little tough on healthy habits - gonna use this time to focus on restarting those and other healthy routines


Late posting but I wanted to comment. My goal for this game is to get a handle on my sugar intake. That includes artificial sugar too.

I am back after Felicia’s last diet bet! Does anyone else feel like it’s an actual roller coaster with ups and downs with weight? I’m happy to say that even with the ups I am overall more “down” which I have the diet bets to thank for! Hoping to stay with it and excited for all of the motivation from everyone 😊

Yes! I think part of that is the pandemic, lots of chronic stress! WHEN I win my bet (trying to be positive!) I would actually fall below my pre-Covid weight for the first time in over 6 months! We can do it!

  • I won by the skin of my teeth. Weighed myself when I got up but I wasn’t there yet. Went for a walk, had some water and TMI: I had a poop and hit my goal!!! Didn’t think I was going to make it at the beginning of the week but thanks to Franny and all of you guys I won so thank you.
