I’m feeling better about asking for help and support from my SO.

I add 1-4 sparks of exercise every day. 100 squats, 20 push ups, 50 crunches, etc.

I feel like my gain could have been a lot worse considering how poor my choices were this week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not so much cake. As always need to be better with finding time for exercise or even just better about doing sparks.

Great! New job. Successfully been intermitant fasting during the am hours. Don’teven really feel hungry.
