This was a rough month for me, I think I hit a plateau. For the first couple of weeks, I kept losing and gaining 3 lbs. It was pretty frustrating. I still have 40 or so lbs to loose. I decided to eat low carb and it's helped me to get pass this plateau. I wanted to share because weight plateaus happen in weight loss. I read in a fitness article to make a change in your eating or exercising routine to get through a plateau. A couple of years ago, I got through a plateau by going from jogging to just walking. Same go onto the desktop version, it works there

For my phone (an Android), apps work better after I've restarted my phone. If that doesn't work, contact customer service. They had me email my pictures to them. I used my laptop to do it.
