Non-scale victory of the week!

No Easter candy was had!!! Also I am 6 weeks alcohol (wine) free...no sugar, no alcohol very little carbs (bad carbs like yummy bread)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I really feel like this was a stellar week..maybe more water intake.

Getting out more for walks/runs

Manage my carb intake. I had a few cheat days of not great choices but they were limited.

I really want this to ve a great week...so more water, less tv (which I normally nevee watch) more outside time hiking or running.

I managed to start running/walking outside after work.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have gotten organized to prepare for home workouts since gym closed. That through me off schedule.

If my work is down and the gym is closed I will have to meal prep to stay on task diet wise and write out some home workouts to keep me movinf.

I worked out 5 days..focused more on clean eating recipes and still avoided any alcohol (wine).

I think I could up my cardio game. I feel I could push myself harder in intervals or type of HiiT workout

No wine all week....typically I enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. but I have sworn off all alcohol until the end of my challenge.

I feel that I could have excercised more often.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Eating clean and in a schedule. Also getting enough protein as Im a vegetarian.
