Non-scale victory of the week!

I lost one inch around my waist in a month.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I had a very rough start to this week, I ate a lot of Christmas chocolate and cookies and gained a few pounds. I finally started working out, I have worked out two times so far this week, and I am sore today, but it feels great! I am marking workouts done with a big "X" on the calendar on the fridge. I have been doing great these last two days with my healthy food and tracking my food intake.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have stuck to my plan and started on January 1.

I want to continue with my working out, but I may need to add more cardio to hit my weigh in.
