My partner of 8 years broke up with me last night. I didn't see it coming. We had been doing so well lately. Now all I want to do is lay in bed and cry all day (which I've already been doing for the past 2 hours). I don't have a lot of friends to turn to, so I pretty much need to get through this on my own.
Any tips on how to get back to fitness and healthy eating?? I know I need to make myself a priority, but it's just incredibly hard to think about anything else at the moment. :(
