Made lots of new recipes this week. Also, upped my speed on the treadmill.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Honestly, I’m not sure. I’m exercising. Watching my intake. Logging faithfully. Drinking water.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I brought healthy food with me when I had to go out of town for a funeral. So even though I eat more calories that I burned it was with healthy food choices. And I didn’t go through drive-through which is usually what I would’ve done.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Drink more water. For some reason this week I really didn’t drink as much water as I usually do.

Drink more water. And also figure out which foods are going to keep me full for a longer period of time. I’m really struggling with that. And I find myself getting hungry.
