Worked out 5 days this week and worked out twice for two of those days

I cheated all throughout last weekend and started Monday heavier than I have been in two weeks.

Was complimented by a co worker and asked if I had lost weight.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’m having trouble finding a lifestyle I find sustainable. I can restrict for the short term but realize I can’t feel severely restricted for a lifetime or I’ll just gain it back. I spend each week thinking of what I can eat when I’m no longer dieting and that mindset will result in non sustainable weight loss. So I need to find a way of eating that doesn’t leave me feeling like I’ve given up major food groups for a lifetime.

Was able to do OMAD successfully one day this week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary on Saturday night and I ate and drank way too much. Then continued on a negative path on Sunday as well. I was actually afraid I would gain this week because of it.

Sleep at least 7 hours each night. No cheat days. Continue with OMAD.

I was able to jog for 5 minutes of my 45 minute walk. It doesn’t sound like much, but following surgery it feels huge.

Not eaten a cupcake on Saturday.
