Non-scale victory of the week!

I've been able to wear some leggings that I couldn't fit into when I got them.

I could have been kinder and had better food.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did a full hour on the elliptical, which I had not achieved in a very long time. I also got over 10k steps for the first time in over a year.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I needed to exercise more, but we were all sick.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I made it to the gym after 9pm twice this week. I had every excuse to not go, but I did. I felt better after both times.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This week was stressful. I need to make it to the gym more often, but babies prevent that sometimes. I was way too hard on myself. I should have been easier with my sleep deprived self.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I had to miss a day at the gym and instead of being down one workout for the week, I went on a day I wasn't planning to go. I even went by myself with no outside motivation.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have done better with eating.i stayed within calorie needs, but I did throw in more junk food than I should have.
