Non-scale victory of the week!

I didn’t eat any chips yesterday and I think I was under 20 carbs.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Started doing awesome a week ago instead of yesterday.

Stay under 20 carbs a day, even though we’re traveling this weekend and things are stressful. Eat eat more vegetables.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I didn't eat anything fast food the first day of our 3 day trip, and drank tons of water. I I didn't over do it on the second day either, plus walked 22,000 steps.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have been really good on the third day too, but I ate more junk food and drove all day.

To drink LOTS of water and start cutting candida friwndly foods out of my diet. Start back doing my PT exercises.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I just want to snack all day, I love chips, and I have little self control when it comes to moderation with carbs and sugar.
