While I didn’t exercise this week, I was still moving a lot - many trips to six flags, hurricane harbor and the zoo. But I want to incorporate some actual workouts this upcoming week to help tone.

Write out a meal plan for the upcoming week and grocery shopped only buying the items on the list :) and my students met their reading goal for the week so they got to shave my head (that’s like three pounds of hair there

I could have eaten much better - many late night stops for fast food because I was too tired to cook
