Non-scale victory of the week!

I resisted eating anything bad this holiday weekend and worked out almost 11 hours. I did inclined push-ups at our bootcamp last Friday as well as, wall sit with not only a 45 pound plate but added a lady sitting on it.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eating more.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Feeling stronger every day. I can do mountain climbers and triple bears without stopping when my heel spurs aren't giving me trouble.

I need to get more calories in.. That is a problem for me.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Did an hour bootcamp where I did inverted mini push-ups, wall sits with 45 pounds, weighted planks with 25 pounds, tire flips, and sledge hammered a big ass tire along with all kinds of other fun things I couldn't do a year ago.
