Just to get back on track. I missed my weigh in for my last diet bet (insanely busy at work and I thought I had time!). So apparently this became my excuse to eat everything thing I had cut myself off from. Stupid and really it is crazy how much weight someone can gain when your body is in destabilized mode. My only saving grace is that I now know that I can lose this weight just as fast by sticking to my plan!
