Just to get back on track. I missed my weigh in for my last diet bet (insanely busy at work and I thought I had time!). So apparently this became my excuse to eat everything thing I had cut myself off from. Stupid and really it is crazy how much weight someone can gain when your body is in destabilized mode. My only saving grace is that I now know that I can lose this weight just as fast by sticking to my plan!

I was craving mcd’s yesterday and almost caved!! But went home and ate something infinitely more healthy!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Journal my food, and exercise. But I am having very bad back pain and do not want to aggravate!

Includ by my kids in supper making. Not sure if I will be able to eat all the goodness, but at least they are cooking supper!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I avoided eating junk food over the last week and no soda. The results were evident!

Moved my body more! I have not yet started to work out. Have been dealing with lower back pain. Am a bit worried about starting working out.
