Non-scale victory of the week!
My NSV this week was not eating rolls or dessert at my work’s Holiday luncheaon.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I think my week went pretty well. I started sliding on my regular walking and didn’t close my Watch rings twice but in the end I refocused on my goal and pulled myself together.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
My goal this week is to close my Watch rings daily and hit 1000 calories on my Movement ring twice. I will only drink alcohol at the two holiday parties I’m attending.
