Here’s a FIBER FILLED PROTEIN PACKED

BERRY F*IN GOOD CRUMBLE

Ingredients:
1 cup Berries (blueberries & raspberries)
1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder (BeachBody Vanilla Recharge or Vegan Vanilla Shakeology)
1/4 cup Quick Cook Rolled Oats
Dash of Cinnamon
1/8 cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
1TBSP Coconut Mana (Butter)

Preheat oven 425 F

Lightly grease an oven safe dish with coconut butter & fill with 1 cup of berries.
Place into the oven for 5-10min until berries begin to swell.

Mix 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder, 1/4 cup rolled oats in a dish. Add 1/8 cup almond milk and 1 TBSP of coconut mana (butter) combining the mixture until crumbs start to form (do not mix until smooth). Top with cinnamon if you’d like! Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly on the half baked berries and return to the oven for 10-15 min until golden brown on top and berries oozing with their juices.

Enjoy warm on it’s own or topped with a spoonful of SKYR.

Questions you may have:

Why coconut butter and not coconut oil?
The 2 are different and cook differently. Coconut butter is made from the whole coconut which means it contains fiber.

What’s the best dish to cook the crumble in?
A small round pyrex so you can see the berries while they cook.

What almond milk brand?
Be sure to check the ingredients so they are all words you can pronounce. I use Simply Almond milk which is 50 cal per serving.

So excited to be part of this month’s DietBet w/ Ilana!

My goal for all of you this month is to build confidence through movement. Whether you are training with me in Job 1, following a fitness program, or even taking up roller skating, I want you to go beyond the physical and learn how to train with a purpose and develop a healthy sustainable relationship your nutrition.

  • Hey Everyone! I am so excited to be back helping all of you! We are roughly 90 days since the beginning of the year! This Spring is so going to be even more special. If you are just starting out or continuing in from another game- Congrats! We are going to plant our seeds together through these next 30 days! Let this game act as your foundation and let it carry you through the summer and into fall, when things typically get a little more tempting, and that when you will harvest your benefits. When you decide to committee today the challenges of the future will not matter!
