I tried out curtesy lunges and one leg elevated hip raises ...I enjoyed adding variety, but I seriously hate lunges :joy:

Feeling a bit demoralised doing my 4-day weigh ins these days... From basically no consistent exercise, been doing hiit/circuits 3x a week (30 min+) and other days walking at least 30 mins a day but i'm actually gaining weight...! My diet hasn't been bad either (no sweets, no snacks, only water and tea), so i guess i'm just gaining muscle... Don't think i'll win the bet at this rate but at least it was good to kickstart a healthy routine!?

  • Weekend Workout Challenge #2 is ready to be worked!! Please complete 2-3 rounds either Saturday or Sunday! Lots of cardio in this one . You can google any of these exercises if you aren’t sure what they are and you can also modify the workouts if you need to so don’t worry! A simple “I completed the workout challenge” will work for me. Feel free to post when you finish your workout on either the thread here or the Facebook page. I will check both!   • Good Morning Strong Squad! I hope everyone had a great first week! I am absolutely blown away at how many of you really took this challenge seriously! It makes me so happy to see how active you all were. I was unfortunately sick last week with a horrible cold, but Im ready to get back to the gym! It was super inspiring to see you all really go after it! Proud of everyone :). After all the fun treats I had yesterday, I am beyond ready to get my booty back into shape.     Alright Strong Squad….FIRST CHALLENGE: The Staying Active Challenge. This is one of my favorite challenges to kick off my DietBet games! I challenge each and every one of you to be active for at least 4-5 days this week (30-45 min workouts). You can do anything that gets your heart rate up: walking, running, swimming, fitness class, etc. This is a great way to establish a healthy habit to help you reach your goals this game. If you are new to exercising, I would recommend starting off by walking for at least 30 min a day. Walking is a great workout and it ultimately helped me lose my first 20lbs when I started my weight loss journey.

Hi everyone! I’m new to dietbet this game and am excited to get started!! I’m away from home for the Easter weekend (it’s my birthday on Apr 22!), so would it be fine for me to do my initial weigh in on morning of April 23rd? I read that you can up to 14 days after the game starts but just wanted to check :))

Hey Dot. Yes you can weigh in that day. I was on vacation with my first one and weighed in a few days after it started. The longer you wait though the less time you have to work towards the goal so I would do it as soon as you can.
