Lunch out here, dinner out there.. It's freaking me out... Only 1 week to go, i hope i can still make it up and do my exercise and to control eating.... Like december is very hard but i'm still challenging myself..

Very off track yesterday due to many birthday celebrations at the office.. So full and over calories taken but no calorie out.. But I will try to be on track again today.. Hope you guys have a great friday! 😘😁

I have the same issues at work! I try to limit myself to just one plate, i eat half while with the group and finish the other half back at my desk! The hard part is the self control not to go back for leftovers, but i find out of sight out of mind works wonders!

Good day/eve to all! This is my 2nd dietbet. First was with lexi last feb this year. And now. I decided to join again another dietbet because this year is my highest weight I've ever been. And I wanna try again to lose extra weight until the end.. Hoping and trying my best to be more committed, consistent and control. Nice to be with you all.. 😊

I’m in the same situation as you Karol. I started my year strong then really lost control over the summer and am now heavier than I’ve ever been. However I’ve been really working on my mindset, how I talk to myself and pushing myself to do better. We can do this! Good luck to you!
