Non-scale victory of the week!

Wearing a pair of pants that are usually too tight and they were not !!! Plus I managed to drink 5 litres a day of water

My snacking was a little out of hand probably could of eaten better

Time ! I have 2 little kids and a husband who works full time plus we farm cattle and land so finding time is really hard
