Just found out that our family dog, that we rescued and nursed back to health 4 years ago, has an aggressive form of cancer. Trying so hard not to emotionally eat. Gonna go workout to distract myself and not snack! Prayers are appreciated!

  • Picked the middle of a diet bet to rip out our old kitchen, cut a 10 ft opening in our wall, and add a bedroom to our house ????

    Thank goodness we have an air fryer and an instant pot! It’s really helping keep me on track in less than ideal conditions!!

  • Today is my 23rd birthday, and woah the difference a year can make! For anyone feeling like their progress is slow moving just remember that little changes makes a big difference in a year. I don’t eat amazing everyday, I treat myself sometimes maybe more often than I should but if the effort is their the change will come. Not exactly where I wanna be but very excited to see where another year takes me!

  • Super easy healthy pancakes! 1/4 c oats, 1 banana, 2 eggs, shake of cinnamon, sprinkle of salt and blend and that’s your batter! I made these with blueberries and topped with strawberries to add some color 😍

I don’t have her recipe but this is a great one:

Maple Cinnamon Apple Mug Cake
prep time: 3 minutes
cook time: 3 minutes
Servings: 1
1 egg
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/3 cup almond flour
2 tbsp rolled oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt
1/4 a chopped apple
Optional toppings: apple slices, coconut yogurt, chopped walnuts.


1. In small bowl add egg, olive oil, apple sauce, and maple syrup. Whisk together until well combined.

2. Next add almond flour, oats, cinnamon and sea salt. Fold all ingredients together, forming a smooth, even batter. Lastly fold in chopped apple.
Step 3. Transfer to a greased, microwaveable mug and microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Remove and top with optional toppings before digging in!
