- One of my favorite things about this journey is getting more energy to play with my daughter. We spent the day playing in the water and just running around. When I put her to bed she said "today was the best day ever." Tonight I feel like supermom. I'm so excited to have more days like today as I continue this journey.

- Went to the gym for 45 minutes in. Massage table wasn't working so I just turned it off and left. I wasn't ready to go home so I came and got about 3,000 steps in. I got my free bath and bodyworks reward... and don't you know it's a 3-wick candle sale 😱 Now I'm going home with 5 new candles and a new candle holder for my reward. I mean my hydro massage is usually my reward... so this worked 😎 Tomorrow I'll be 29, for the 29th year. Even this year... if God blesses me with another year I'll be 29 for more years than I am old ????
