What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Time to get back on the horse and take charge of my health. I’m back 270 lbs gained 50 lbs in the last 2 years I’ve been inactive. Getting on that scale and seeing my weight was a wake up call to how bad I’ve let things get. But I’m feeling good today it’s a new day and a chance at life, at doing it right. No more dieting it’s time to change my life for good.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Pushed a little harder this week and it shows both on and off the scale. Lost 6 overall inches (waist and hips) and my pants are loosening up.

Get more sleep

Sleep better, keep supplementing my workouts with daily walks. Keep tracking with my fitnesspal and lower my carb intake

Completed my first month of Insanity. First time sticking to a workout program so long

Fell off the eating wagon a bit. Been eating more and more junk food this past week
