    Workout completed along with my AM and PM meditations.

    Normally I would want to snack on something (especially something not so healthy) in the afternoon and today I reached for extra water and then had my bevvy tea. Proud of myself!!

    ♥Steak or salmon/ stir fried with Avocado oil spray/ salt & pepper
    ♥chopped cucumber salad with chopped tomatoes red wine vinegar, dill + pickled or plain red onions ♥ Sautéed spinach and asparagus steamed in a sautéed pan with lemon ONLY! ♥grilled red & yellow peppers with green & yellow zucchini. So good!

Tips for eating out on weekends. My husband likes to go out Friday and Saturday nights for dinner and sat and Sunday days for lunch. It’s a lot!!

  • Happy Monday everyone and day 1! So excited for this! What calendar is everyone following? I just finished my 6th round of Barre and am starting my 2nd week of PPN Barre. I'm non-natal and following the T1 calendar. Trying to decide if I want to switch it up and do one of the hybrids or stick to what I am doing. We got this!! 🙌❤
