I was able to eat lots of veggies and stay away from all sugars

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was able to eat one bite of a cupcake at a birthday party instead of my usual entire one. I also cut out alcohol completely on most days

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I still haven't gotten in a workout or stretching routine although I have been working more and running my butt off at work.
