What do you feel you could have done better this week?

once the game ended i ate poorly for like 4 days which likely set me back a bit. i am back basically where i left off. that and I'm in my period right now, so i may be under where i started. which was 165. i am 165.4 now, on my period after haven eaten, so i might weigh less. in the early morning after a fast.

stopped with the soft serve ice cream from carvels. i am literally stoppimg after this since i have to lose weight now to make my next goal. lol
