i have eaten more sugar than i normally would have for this competition but I'm realizing i need to start incorporating what i like to eat for the long run, otherwise I'm not going to keep the weight off.

not eating

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

just didnt try at all, ate whatever i wanted for 3 days, then my cat died and i stopped eating. didnt budge much from prior week. really depressed.
