None I feel so frustrated that I binged after making my goal weight for my last diet bet. Also dealing with an injury forced me to not be able to workout like I wanted
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Everything. Done just a cardio workout instead of my planned. Not given in to binge eating when feeling anxious
