100 lb down. 75 to go. I'm staying on track. My secret? Intermittent fasting. My window is 7am-3pm, I keep meals at 500 cal each, 1 1/2cup of protein, 1 cup of carbs and all the veggies I want. Home made baked goods and veggies/Fruit with tajin is my favorite for snacks. then cucumber water for the rest of the day till bed. I don't drink alcohol so no worries about drinking my calories. I'm not that strict with what I eat but moderation and balance. Then, 10k steps a day and work out 30 at min a day. I know, boring but 100 lb in a year. Not bad 😁 good luck all.

I feel like I’m doing everything right. Exercise. Keeping calories in a deficit. Water is a struggle but improving. Sleep. No coffee. No salt. And yet I can’t lose. I asked my doctor to do some blood work just in case something else is going on. But I’m stubborn and I want to keep trying

Sandy from Washington state. I've been on my weight loss journey for a while now and need some focus and accountability. I'm running a half marathon next month. I know "healthy" is more than just a number on the scale, but for now, it's a good indicator of progress!

I’m Kelli from Phoenix and I’ve restarted dietbet and WayBetter in January of this year! I’ve been doing great and have lost over 44 lbs so far. I need to lose about 45 more lbs and I just keep signing up for another game as soon as I make goal on the game I’m working on. I also have about 8 WayBetter games going - a couple in each category. All of these games is what keeps me focused and in the right mindset for losing weight.
