  • Not going to lie. I gained 0.2 lbs. I did barre blend on top of Elise’s diet bet, and followed the nutrition plan. I’m beyond bummed and this would be why I don’t do these games that are weight based. Heck I even had to borrow my neighbors scale twice since I don’t own one. Every night I cooked a meal for my family, then made a simple salad for myself with primal kitchen dressing. Ugh. Going to eat ramen noodles and white bread with bologna now to drown my feelings of everything. And losing $35 😣😣😣

The scale is a number. It was more about shifting towards a positive mindset and building a healthy lifestyle. Don't get down on yourself. So many women joined this knowing they wouldn't make weight and would be out $35, so that they could make a change to better themselves.

Please do not be discouraged. I was on a winning streak because I lost 43lbs since June 4th and recently I lost 3 games in a row because my weight-lose hit a plateau. I’m an emotional eater, too and I did great during Halloween but started slipping during the election! I’m back on track now and re-doubling my efforts. You didn’t fail-you learned from this experience! You WILL achieve your goals. Believe in yourself!

You can take the full body pics on mat or carpet but when you do the scales pic it has to be on a hard surface. BC if the mirror isn't moveable how are you meant to take them at the same place, y'know?

Soooo I hit my goal weight 2 days ago, maintained it yesterday and today am 1.5 lbs up!!!! I’m guessing it’s water weight. Plus I shouldn’t have had that glass of wine last night 😬 Tips for getting it back off ASAP?!

In my last DietBet Megan told us not to increase our workouts the last week, because it will cause your body to hold onto the weight. Drink water, limit salt and sugar intake.
