What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I got sick and hurt my knee stop I ate and ate and ate. I ate half my kids Halloween candy and any food that came in my sight. I couldn't exercise once because of my sickness. I still feel sick but not nearly as bad. And my knee is feeling a lot better so hopefully today I can detox a bit. Drink alllll the water. Give up candy. At least try and do good diet wise.
