Turning down food I know I shouldn’t eat when I’ve set a short term goal for myself to be extra strict on my juice cleanse.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
This past week, and the week before that, I found myself really splurging a lot. I’m reaching the point in my weight loss where this usually happens. Somewhere around 220/230 I burn out and go nuts with my food intake, and it takes me so long to get under control again that I usually gain back all I lost and THEN some. I’m trying to be aware of that tendency, and to actively work hard to make sure that’s not something I repeat this time. I want to see, for once, what happens if I don’t quit.

Stay focused on my short term goal. It’s easy to get discouraged by how much I have to lose, but when I focus on smaller goals that’s a huge boost to my confidence.
