    Time to put ALL the challenges together to create the FINAL CHALLENGE! Here it is and it has 3 parts:

    1. Water-Drink at least 64 oz. of water 5 days this week.
    2. Fitness-get at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days this week.
    3. Nutrition- 5 servings a day from the fruit/vegetable group, 5 days this week.

    **On Friday there will be a post for you to comment under if you completed the challenge. The deadline to report in is Saturday 12:00 PM (noon) PST. The prize drawing will be held on Saturday shortly after that, for the $40 cash prize.

I’ve been an athlete my whole life and my mindset has always been 110% or nothing. Needless to say when it comes to running/training for a race I always think I should start running three miles on day 1 and eventually I burn out. I decided to do the couch to 5K program and have loved it. It has really eased me back into running while challenging me. I am excited to see how it goes over the next 6 weeks!

Yep this can be me sometimes! I need to remember that building up means I don’t injure myself and will be able to continue going forward at a consistent pace! Good luck with your program!

I feel like I am I’m not going to win this. Feeling kind of bummed . I’m really trying but I’m not losing 1 ounce of weight. I have no idea what’s going on. I’ve won my other bets and this might be the first one that I lose. I’m feeling a bit depressed . I don’t know what to do and I’m drinking a gallon of water a day.
Any tips or support would be super cool. Thanks!

Track everything you eat and drink. And make sure you are getting in lots of protein (think egg whites, protein drinks, etc. ) and keep moving and get sleep!!!

I would also add (just in case you don’t do this) that strictly weighing things and portions out might be a good idea to make sure you’re eating what you think you are! It always surprises me how much less a serving is when you weigh it rather that eyeballing it. Keep going, you’re aware and focussed so you’re doing something right!
