Non-scale victory of the week!

Craved sweets badddddddd today. Compromised which wasnt so good, but bought a pack Of sugar free chocolate. I know its gonna throw me off, but better than all out fully loaded.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Workouts. Felt blech and then tired today. 3 days. Gonna force a 6 am wakeup tomorrow. 2 a day, taking workout clothes to work and putting an hour in at the gym end of day.

Kept at working out. Emotional health improving drastically. Held course!!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Missed a workout day. Feel a bit bad, but I was hurting so much I probably would have caused a lot more damage and hurt had I worked out. Also need more water.

Need to really keep focusing on emotional health. It has been up and down, thankfully better though even though so much is going on.

Had some 2 a day workouts, realized that I can lift heavier weights than I had. Can feel actual dipping in on the sides of the stomach. :)

I had some carby things yesterday, not much and limited, but still upset I did it.

To keep going hard in the gym, incorporate some 2 a days. Stay away from treats. Eat clean

Resisted the urge to eat TX Rdhouse rolls, which is a biggie. Also dropped below 200 lbs!!!!! (Back above, but at least I hit that weight and know it's next to show up and stick!)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not stayed up so late on the weekend, definitely not drinking like I did ever again. Too old for that mess.

Cut back on sweets, even though they are low-carb ones. It stalls at best and stops at worst all weight loss and makes me bloat.
