Non-scale victory of the week!

I had some progress after I recalculated what I was eating and found my morning coffee had more calories than I was logging. Simple adjustments to my diet led me to make my weight just in time. People are noticing the weight I’m losing and the muscle I’m gaining.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’d like to journal more. Neglected on busy work days. From now on I’ll carry it in my messenger bag.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Last weekend when I flew away to see my brothers, I was able to workout at a nearby gym and the next day run on the beach. That was a good thing since we have a thing for fine dining.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My meal planning and meal prepping , especially for my workdays need more fine tuning.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I set my clock to go off everyday at 6 pm to remind me to stop eating and it worked.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’m still lagging in the meal prep department, but I’ve stopped grazing at work.
