I am super nervous. I weigh more now because we went on a vacation and I ate alot!!! Then I decided to start working out more which I know will cause me to gain at first. I just hope it will all even out before the final weigh in.

I’m from Washington DC! I want to lose some quarantine weight. I typically commute via metro and haven’t been walking so much these past few months. I’d like to fit into my professional clothes when I finally go back to work again!

I used to say that I’ve struggled with weight my whole life because of the verbal abuse and body shaming I went through growing up -but now , looking back I was so healthy and not overweight at all... but given freedom, happy marriage and two kids, I’m at the heaviest I’ve ever been I NEED this kickstart! Hi, everyone.
I did this a couple years ago just for fun. It was fun and help me stay on track.
Now I'm running out of options here. I just can't stick to a healthy diet for more than 2 days and I need something to push me out of the vicious circle of starting on Monday and quitting on Tuesday night. Lol

I’ve found that for me I can’t have any temptations in the house at all. I’m way less likely to snack if it’s all healthy food and if I do, then I’m eating nutritious options instead of junk. I feel you, it’s tough!
