I didn't eat as many mixed nuts and was able to increase my exercise intensity

Non-scale victory of the week!

I stayed away from mixed nuts! That was one of my goals for this past week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Exercised more. I wasn't feeling well and still tried to do some. My plan was to increase the intensity of my exercise and that didn't happen. Next week I will really focus on my exercise and protein intake
